Hello Cristian, Was the problem at GrameneMart Central because of the data content or because of another problem? Are you using Galaxy main and the "Get data" tool? Data seems to be loading fine from that source. If the problem was content, this would be an alternate annotation data source (ftp the files to your own server, then load them into Galaxy): ftp://ftp.plantbiology.msu.edu/pub/data/Eukaryotic_Projects/o_sativa/annotation_dbs/pseudomolecules/version_6.1/ We do have plans to add the rice reference genome soon. This will mean that if you have the genome coordinates for a gene locus (not just the identifiers), the tool "Fetch Sequences" could be used to extract fasta sequence. Hopefully this helps, Jen Galaxy team On 10/12/10 12:23 PM, Cristian Rojas wrote:
Hi everybody, sorry for bother youwith a silly question. I have a list with a LOT of rice loci (LOC_Os...) uploaded to Galaxy as a unique file, and would like to obtain just the sequence of them. I tried to use the Gramene, but I couldnt. Any tip? Thanks
Cristian
