Hi Cathy, The tool on Test is for development and not recommended (limited to no support). To use this tool, you will want to use a local or cloud version of Galaxy and obtain the tool from the Tool Shed. http://getgalaxy.org http://wiki.g2.bx.psu.edu/Tool%20Shed Hopefully this helps, Jen Galaxy team On 8/29/12 7:09 AM, Catherine Dumur wrote:
The "Select a reference genome" popup in the NGS mapping section is empty for TMAP for Ion Torrent tool (version 0.0.19) on the Galaxy Web Portal (I am using Galaxy Test, since I only have Ion Torrent data, and the TMAP tool is only on Galaxy Test). How can I populate it?
Thank you very much in advance for any help you can provide!
Cathy
