Hello Rabab,

If you click on the pencil icon for a dataset, on the first tab's form "Attributes", the Database/Build pull-down menu has a genome listed named:

Homo sapiens (hg19 with mtDNA replaced with rCRS) (Homo_sapiens_nuHg19_mtrCRS)

This is also available as a built-in reference genome for most, if not all, tools on the public Main instance and can also be obtained through the rsync server for local instance use.
