[galaxy-user] Job output not returned from cluster

Hi, I came across the following error message sometime ago while launching some jobs on our SGE cluster via our Galaxy instance: "Job output not returned from cluster" I remember we fixed somehow that issue but I couldn't find back any reply/tips in the galaxy mailing list archive. Does anybody have any hints? It seems that in my SGE config file something is missing about the output and error log files (as suggested by the sge.py script)? Actually, the job is executed in the cluster without any problems. I can even look at the result by clicking on the 'eye' icon; however, in the history panel, the result appears in a red box (not green as expected)... cheers, Erick
