Hello Herve, The quota system would not have deleted your histories, only prevented new jobs from running until the data on disk was brought into alignment with the quota allotment for your account. To view all histories, including purged, go to "Options -> View Histories" using the pull down menu at the top of the right history panel. Then click on "Advanced search". Next, for "status:" click on "all" to view both active and deleted/permanently deleted or simply deleted. If something seems missing, perhaps it was in another account? Or renamed? Hopefully this helps, Jen Galaxy team On 10/31/11 3:38 PM, Herve Rhinn wrote:
Hi, I have not been using Galaxy for a few months an it seems that a least one of my history was deleted. I assume it is because of inactivity for too long/exceeding the new quotas. Would there be by chance a a way to re-access it temporarily to be able to download some of that data or has it been totally erased? Thanks lot, Herve Rhinn ___________________________________________________________ The Galaxy User list should be used for the discussion of Galaxy analysis and other features on the public server at usegalaxy.org.
