Go to <http://lists.bx.psu.edu/listinfo/galaxy-user> (from the original email when you subscribed).
Near the bottom of the page, enter your subscription email address and press "Unsubscribe or edit options".
On the next page near the top, enter your password and press "Log in".
On the next page near the middle, set digest mode to on and, at the bottom of the page, press "Submit My Changes".
