Hello JoseCarlos, The FASTQ tools can be found on the main site, in the left-hand side Tools menu in the 'NGS: QC and Manipulation' section, located near the bottom. I have attached a screenshot of the relevant expanded section of the tools menu. Let us know if you need further assistance.
