Make sure there are no files within the directory, only sub directories - e.g.: <library_import_dir> <subdirectory1> files <subdirectory2> files If there are any files in a directory, they are loaded and directories are ignored. Greg Von Kuster Galaxy Development Team Erick Antezana wrote:
