There is no Galaxy wrapper yet for this function. But I created a ticket for it to be considered, you can follow it here: https://trello.com/c/bnht6xDi
If you program or if anyone else reading this does, a wrapper for the tool can be submitted to the Tool Shed, if created.

Meanwhile, the tool can be download as a compiled executable from UCSC and run line command.
