add publicly available genomes?
Heia, Would it be possible to add the genome of Kosmotoga olearia (NC_012785) and Mesotoga prima (NC_017934) to the genomes availabe in galaxy database? Thanks, Camilla -- Camilla L. Hi Camilla, For small genomes like these, the quickest option is to use the 'custom reference genome' function with tools.
