I can recommend iceLogo too. Kind of sequence logos on steroids :). It's a pretty young project and I found some graphical glitches in the interface, but the developers respond very quickly :). They also offer iceLogo as a web service that you can call remotely... Cheers, Pi On Mar 23, 2010, at 8:07 PM, Mary Mangan wrote:

Hi, iceLogo looks indeed very promising; however, in terms of integration to Galaxy, WebLogo (http://code.google.com/p/weblogo/) seems to be much more straightforward? cheers, Erick On 23 March 2010 23:59, Pieter Neerincx <pieter.neerincx@gmail.com> wrote:

Hi, Just out of interest, is there a repository/Wiki page where all the XML conf files for apps can be submitted? A Weblogo interface is a good example of something that would benefit lots of people. I am sure there will be lots of others instances of third party apps developed outside the main Galaxy team in future (especially as Galaxy takes off!). Steve
