Hello Erick, The support for dataset libraries will be available soon. This tool was mistakenly included in the tool_config.xml.sample file in the Galaxy distribution, so for the current time. please remove it from your tool_conf.xml file or simply ignore the error message. that file (access_libraries.xml) seems to be missing.
