Can we change - bwasw command in Galaxy
I am doing alignments of 454 reads in bwa and was wondering if there is an option to change it to bwasw and use Galaxy web version? Thanks
Hello, While this is not available on the main public Galaxy instance (and there are no immediate plans for that to change), a wrapper tool is in the Tool Shed for use with local/cloud instances (both choices have a web interface that you would own). http://toolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/repos/juanperin/bwa_wrapper/rev/fb4844b6a98e To get started, please see: http://getgalaxy.org http://wiki.g2.bx.psu.edu/Admin/Cloud http://wiki.g2.bx.psu.edu/Tool%20Shed Hopefully this helps, Best, Jen Galaxy team On 4/16/12 11:14 AM, shamsher jagat wrote:
