The error we receive has to do with receiving the data that Galaxy is trying to send. Is there another way to retrieve the data? We cannot display it to screen either. Is has something to do with the time-out settings on our browser, right?

If you want to get final dataset on your disk:
- right click on the eye icon, "Copy the link" - open shell add type "wget [paste link here]" or (on mac only) "ftp [past link here]"
This will pump data from the pasted URL.
Ask your local geeks to install wget to you machine. a.

I believe the server was done, and your error seems consistent with that. We just restarted it, and things seem to be working now.
Try again, and if you still have problems, please let us know.
