Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to download the chip seq data from the web links. it comes as aligned.gz file. i can not download it on the galaxy. how do I convert this file in order to be taken buy galaxy? then i would like to overlap this chip seq data with chip seq data from another protein in order to see what are the common targets. what is best way to do it? thank you in advance. best, Lovorka
