problems accessing the data
Dear galaxy, I am not able to get the requisite output when I try the option with the output format "selected fields from primary and related tables" which then asks me to customize from the hg18.KgXref fields. The error message that I am getting is "Can't find route from wgEncodeBroadChipSeqPeaksHmecCtcf to kgXref via all.joiner ". Could you please help ? warm regards, Amit.
Hello Amit, While this query is currently possible using the tool "Get Data" sourced from UCSC/Bx Main, it should be avoided. Instead, import the data into Galaxy using the default output ( "all fields from selected table" ). Thank you, Jen Galaxy Team On 7/16/10 7:28 AM, research pal wrote:
