Without knowing which exact type of data you are working with (RNA-seq? ChIP-seq? Other?), a specific workflow would be difficult to recommend. However, tutorials for analysis pathways are summarized on our main "Learn" wiki page here: http://galaxyproject.org/wiki/Learn
