Hi! Can any one tell me how to select against the human and mouse databases when running megablast in galaxy? When I run my dataset directly in NCBI Blast I get more realistic hits for my algal samples. There is no way I can have mouse or rat in my metagenomic samples of algal cultures. Alternately, can I import BLAST output files into galaxy? thanks Ameena Nalim
