Hello Charu, To get the identifiers from column 4 into a single, tab delimited list from an interval/bed file, use the "Group" tool, like this: To convert the tabular delimiter to a comma, use a text editor after download. Galaxy in a local install could also be modified to do the replace, I can think of a few places - with "Convert delimiters" in Text Manipulation" being perhaps the simplest choice to customize.
