This is a useful way to check if you are having local connection problems or if the site is down: http://www.isup.me/biocloudcentral.herokuapp.com Heroku, which hosts the sites, was having some errors today so that might be the intermittent problem you are seeing: https://status.heroku.com/ Rest assured it isn't going away, Brad
