In follow-up to http://user.list.galaxyproject.org/Empty-bowtie2-output-tp4656137.html, is there: - an ETA on when the issue with Bowtie2, in August 2013 distribution, generating empty output will be fixed (if not already fixed) ? - a suggested workaround (revert to an older version of that particular tool etc.) in the meantime ? Thank you. Unrelated: wasn't able to determine how to update that thread to request status, hence creating a new one.
Hello, This issue was corrected as of the Nov 4th Distribution. It was part of the incorporated Pull Request #222, listed as item #5 in this section of the News Brief: http://wiki.galaxyproject.org/DevNewsBriefs/2013_11_04#Pull_Requests_Merged To reply to threads, subscribe to the list as a member, (filter these off into a sub-folder), then when you want to reply - do this as usual via email making sure the list is cc'd. http://wiki.galaxyproject.org/MailingLists Best, Jen Galaxy team On 11/1/13 10:56 AM, IIHG Galaxy Administrator wrote:
