Hi, there I tried to use the "Compute PhastCon Score" function on the Galaxy web interfact and got this error message: "Interval must match exactly one target region". Could you help me to get through? The history link is : http://encode.g2.bx.psu.edu/share_history?id=7baccfa4198d1e95ec8ed91d911a466... The website is very useful and convenient. Thanks. Yutao: This likely indicates that you are using a score we only have available for the encode regions and have an interval that either: 1) Hits two ENCODE regions (a very long interval?) 2) Hits no encode region Looking at your history it appear that only four of the intervals in test.bed hit and ENCODE region.
