Hello,

First of all, thank you for agreeing to host a training session for the Galaxy Community Conference this year in Brno. I am so happy to have you on board and can't wait to see all of the awesome training content that will be created for this conference.  

I've attached a screenshot of the schedule for the conference. Please take a look and let me know if you have any questions.

I'd also like to ask you to complete a survey to collect some bio information and training abstract info by next Friday, January 19th. This survey will help us present attendees with information about the training sessions to help them make informed decisions about which sessions they'd like to participate in.

If there have been any changes to your plans and you no longer think you will be able to host your training session, please respond directly to me.
