BoFs are a chance to bring people together around a shared topic, question, or challenge and create space for discussion with others in the community. If there is something you would like to explore with fellow attendees, we encourage you to propose a session.

These sessions are meant to be interactive and community driven. You are welcome to structure yours in whatever way makes sense for the topic, whether that means a few short talks, a guided discussion, or a more informal conversation.

BoFs will take place during the main conference, with 1-hour sessions scheduled at the end of each day. You are welcome to submit more than one idea. We will do our best to include as many as possible, though similar proposals may be grouped together.

The deadline to submit a proposal is June 15, 2026. We encourage early submissions, which will help attendees plan ahead.
