COLLABORATION IN ACTION
CoFest highlights and outcomes
Following the main conference, participants came together for two days of hands-on collaboration during CoFest. Teams worked across the Galaxy ecosystem, turning conversations into plans, documentation,
training resources, code contributions, and new connections.

Progress on AI and agent-powered Galaxy interfaces, including testing, architecture, security, and real Galaxy integrations

New and improved training resources for tool review, Galaxy administration, single-cell analysis, and the Galaxy Training Network

Collaborative development across pangenomics, public health, ecology, structural bioinformatics, file sources, Kubernetes, Pulsar, and more
