Contacting the Track Leaders for finalizing the learning pathways of GTA2025

Dear Track leaders, You are receiving this email because you volunteered to lead a track at this year's Galaxy Training Academy (GTA2025). As a member of the organizing team, we would appreciate it if you could assist us in finalizing the learning pathways by February 24, 2025. We need the information so that we can set up the programs before registration starts in early March and to assign trainers/helpers to your tracks. Please use the linked spreadsheet to start organizing your track in the 2025 sheet. Create a new sheet with the name of your track using the template (Track_xy). If you want to use the same track as 2024, feel free to copy it from this sheet. If you are already aware of people interested in participating to your track, please add them to the spreadsheet. We will also organize a task board to connect the rest of the volunteers to you for tasks where you need assistance. Best regards, The GTA2025 organizing committee
