Fwd: [Galaxy Training Academy] Invitation to Return as a Track Lead for GTA2026
by Delphine Lariviere 19 Feb '26

19 Feb '26
Hi all, We hope you're doing well! As we prepare for the Galaxy Training Academy 2026, we are reaching out because you served as a track lead for GTA2025. Your work last year was fantastic, and we would love to know if you’re interested in leading your track or perhaps a new track for this year’s event. GTA2026 will be held from May 18th to 22nd. The event will follow a similar structure (asynchronous, self-paced, with support on Slack), and we expect an even larger community this year! If you're interested in returning as a track lead, please reply to let us know. If you’d prefer a different level of involvement (co-lead, content reviewer, helper), that’s also completely welcome. Thank you again for everything you contributed last year; we are excited about the opportunity to collaborate again! Many thanks, The GTA2026 Organizing Team Training Tracks from GTA 2025: - Assembly - Proteomics - Machine Learning - Zero to Hero with Python - Microbiome - Climate - Transcriptomics - Single Cells - Variant Analysis --- Delphine Larivière, Ph.D. Pronouns: She/Her Nekrutenko Lab, Galaxy Team The Pennsylvania State University Github : Delphine-L Email : d <dzl52(a)psu.edu>elphine.lariviere(a)galaxyproject.org Cite Us: * The Galaxy Community.
