Dear Track Leads,
We are excited to welcome you to the Galaxy Training Academy 2025! It's a
pleasure to have you join us as a track lead. As part of this role, you've
been added to our dedicated track leads mailing list, an initiative to
enhance our communication this year.
We are gearing up to open our call for contributions soon. To streamline
the process, we would appreciate it if you could outline a clear vision for
your track. Please consider the program you envision, the tasks that need
completion, and areas where you might need additional contributions. We
will then try to find people according to your task to help you set up your
track.
To assist with your planning, please use the linked spreadsheet to start
organizing your track in the 2025 sheet

sheet.

improve our approach this year, do not hesitate to reach out by replying to
the mailing list or contacting the organization team at
academy(a)galaxyproject.org . Your feedback is invaluable.
We are happy to announce that, based on your feedback, the GTA2025 will
take place from May 12th to May 16th, 2025.
We will soon provide further details on the expectations for tutorials at
GTA2025.
Best wishes for a productive start to your planning!
Warm regards,
The GTA2025 Organization Team
