We are analysing the attendance data and will share the results with the community soon. [GTA2025] Communication guidelines

Dear GTA2025 Trainers, We hope everyone was able to access the ClickUp task board and select the tasks you wish to tackle. To ensure your questions are answered quickly and that everyone stays informed about task progress and successes, please follow these communication guidelines: * General Questions & Discussions o Slack Channel: #orga_galaxy_training_academy_2025 o All trainers, leads, and the organizing team will be added to this channel by Wednesday, 02.04. o If you are not yet part of the GTN Slack space, please join via theinvitation link <http://gxy.io/gtn-slack>, and we will add you to the channel. o If you are in the GTN Slack space but not in the #orga_galaxy_training_academy_2025channel, please let us know so we can add you. * Task Status & Questions on ClickUp o Use the ‘Activity’section for any communication related to tasks. o Track leads are encouraged to welcome trainers who take on tasks and to thank them in the ‘Activity’ section. o Trainers can mark a task as ‘completed’ by updating its status and leaving a short note in the ‘Activity’ section to describe what has been done. o If you have any questions or comments about a task, please also post them in the ‘Activity’ section. * GitHub Pull Requests o Some tasks (e.g., content updates, video submissions, or testing) will require a Pull Request (PR). o Once a PR is open, we encourage you to use the PR’s comment section for further discussion. If by Thursday you did not have an email, please check your Spam and contact us. Once you are a member of this board, you can visit the ClickUp tasks board <https://app.clickup.com/9013675610/v/l/7-9013675610-1>, choose your favorite task, and assign yourself to it. Welcome to GTA2025 mailing list for Trainers - creating/updating, videos, review tutorials

Dear GTA2025 trainer, We are excited to welcome you to the Galaxy Training Academy 2025! It's a pleasure to have you join us as a trainer. GTA2025 will be happening from *May 12th to May 16th, 2025*. We provided some guidelines <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1W5jtrVv0nenHQABUSwzvw1bJVPCKfr_NZyYv7Dp…> for the preparation of the training materials. We will *soon* together with the track leads provide you with a *task table* (using the ClickUp platform <https://clickup.com/>), that should help you to find tasks with which you want to contribute to the GTA2025 program. The task table will hopefully provide a more straightforward distribution of the tasks. To validate the time you spend on the GTA2025 this year, we will give out GTA2025 contribution certificates. Please keep track of the tasks and hours you spent for the implementation of the event. Should you have any questions, concerns, or suggestions for how we can improve our approach this year, do not hesitate to reach out at academy(a)galaxyproject.org. Your feedback is invaluable.
