[Materials] create a distribution list in Outlook

Hey everyone, can anyone guide me on how to create a distribution list in Outlook? I'm trying to streamline sending emails to multiple contacts at once but can't seem to figure out the steps. Any tips or step-by-step instructions would be really helpful. Thanks!
