While small datasets upload fine, I’m running into issues with: Upload speed being very slow or timing out. Intermittent failures when resuming uploads. Confusion about the best storage format before upload (e.g., compressed vs uncompressed). My questions are: What’s the recommended method for uploading large files (>50 GB) to Galaxy without timeouts? Is there a preferred compression format that balances speed and compatibility?
