A couple of things:

1. There is a webinar on Wednesday on Galaxy Resources for Tool Developers.

2. The deadline for submitting talk abstracts to GCC2021 has been pushed back to 17 May. 

3. If the expense of registering is an obstacle to you participating, then then you may be eligible for a fellowship.  See here and here.
