Hi Paul and everyone else!

I had some trouble running all of the tutorials in the micro group included during the academy training this month here. I tested the first three, then gave up.

Missing tools, indexes, the workflow had problems, something for each of them at the UseGalaxy.org server. Maybe that is known? Be great to get those resolved, please let me know if I can help with the tool or data requests, or anything else.

Thanks and so great to see this all getting out to the IWC!!!

The main goal of this hackathon is to prepare, combine, and FAIRify Galaxy workflows for microbial data analysis within the Intergalactic Workflow Commission (IWC). This will make sure that they follow best practices for accessibility, interoperability, and reusability in the bioinformatics community. IWC is the hub for Galaxy workflows. It makes sure that workflows are carefully reviewed, tested, and updated with each new Galaxy release and automatically adds them to important registries like Dockstore and WorkflowHub. Each workflow is easier to find and use thanks to versioning, tool updates, and important information.
