The main goal of this hackathon is to prepare, combine, and FAIRify Galaxy workflows for microbial data analysis within the Intergalactic Workflow Commission (IWC). This will make sure that they follow best practices for accessibility, interoperability, and reusability in the bioinformatics community. IWC is the hub for Galaxy workflows. It makes sure that workflows are carefully reviewed, tested, and updated with each new Galaxy release and automatically adds them to important registries like Dockstore and WorkflowHub.
