Hello 🪑GCB! Galaxy Community Board We had a delightful and surprisingly well attended meeting this week! We spent the meeting filling in different goals and community needs as part of a 2024 pilot Galaxy Roadmap exercise. Get in! ⭐️Misconceptions paper team - get yourselves back together! ⭐Inaugural Regional Community meet - Volunteer needed! * The Regional Communities are currently not well represented in GCB, and our timetable largely focuses on scientific user groups rather than regional. We would therefore like to introduce a regional community-specific meet-up for Regional chairs to share ideas, needs, ask questions and give advice. We need a volunteer (who is currently chairing a regional community, or trying to build one!) to run this! ⭐Continue building exciting and brilliant communities!
