An update on the poll report and poll slide deck:

Delay
  • My apologies
  • I only allowed myself to work on this at night/weekends/days off, so as to not take too much time from my "normal" work tasks
  • I was abroad the past 2 weeks
Report publication
  • New version submitted, awaiting HAL approval (same link when it will get approved, https://hal.science/hal-04491929 )
  • Added all the feedback from the meeting (Planemo usage, DB back-up, Galaxy restarts)
  • Put those that contacted me in the document header as well as on HAL with the "Contributor" role
  • Updated some other parts from follow-ups (ex: TUS problem solution)
  • Corrected some spelling mistakes, reformulated some sentences
  • I also published the Framaforms export here (for future re-use), but it was invisible on HAL, I am trying to get that solved
Raw results + scripts publication
  • I've been waiting for the local deposit admin to approve me but I think they've been on leave (huge holiday period in France around May)
  • I can't upload until this is the case
  • The approval should come soon, I've recontacted them again
Slides

  • I formatted it as you suggested in the meeting
  • Thank you to Helena and the other slide tutorial authors for their help
    • I added her as a co-author to these slides, feel free to contact me if you want that changed

  • I also added a profile for me and my university
  • One of the slides contains a link to the raw results, and I don't have that link yet.
  • So I am waiting for that link, before submitting a pull request
  • I am grateful for any feedback of course!

Just a time-related update: I aim to finish the slides and the report publication by mid-April.
I want to finish it ASAP, but am currently facing a deadline on my main project.
