[Small-scale-admins] bioblend backup script?

Hey y'all, There's someone asking in the gitter/matrix channel about recovering their (still running) Galaxy from a database incident that's /preventing/ a proper backup, and they're exploring alternatives. Has anyone written a bioblend based migration tool, using the API to copy a user's histories + workflows from one server to another? Asking here at Hans-Rudolf's suggestion, maybe someone else had this sort of issue before :) Ciao, Helena
