I like the new 4 month cycle, it was feeling like a lot of overhead currently and that helps make this more workable.
Likewise, the discussion is probably going to be useful, better idea than my more read-only suggestion that nate presented.

Instead of breaking a year into quarters we will instead work on a four month cycle to match the overall Galaxy release cycle. So the cycle that just began will end in August.
