Hi Anika, here is the link to the deliverable D3.1 - Operations documentation on the Open Infrastructure deployment: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1GXgjboom07w8bAnGpEhbUwn0ubunuZuf already reviewed by Sebastian (in cc, whom I warmly thank for his help). Can you please do a general overview of the deliverable and let us know whether something needs to be improved before the final submission (due August 31st)? When (and if) you think it's ready for submission, please fill out the "Actual Submission Date" field. Just one last question: who's to submit the deliverable to the Europa portal? it's you? me? someone else? I thank all the contributors and in particular Marco for his huge effort. WP3 August meeting update

Dear all, as you know we agreed in July to have a mail update as the August meeting, since many of us are on summer break. The most important topic we need to address is the Deliverable 3.1. We still need to complete the UseGalaxy section (Task 3.5), so I kindly ask to people involved (and tagged) to add few lines about your Galaxy server updates and management. Hi all, I am writing (sorry if I'm late) to kindly ask your contribution for the deliverable D3.1 Operations documentation on the Open Infrastructure deployment, due August 31st, whose draft (thanks Marco) is available at the following link: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1GXgjboom07w8bAnGpEhbUwn0ubunuZuf/edit#h… I have already "assigned" (with @, in the google docs sense) some sections to the relevant people (or at least to the ones I thought were relevant), but contributions/comments to the whole text are more than welcome. Since August is almost here, I kindly ask you to give your contribution as soon as possible (possibly in 10 days), and to tell me if you have any problems in doing so. Moreover, we need a reviewer, which must possibly be outside of WP3: @Bjorn @Sebastian are any of you available? (sorry for bothering you) Many thanks to everybody. Cheers, Stefano

Date change for WP3 july meeting

Dear all, I will not be available next week for the ESG WP3 meeting, foreseen for July the 2nd. So, considering also the usual August break for many of us, I would propose that we move the July monthly meeting to the central two weeks of July, I’ve prepared a doodle for this: https://doodle.com/meeting/participate/id/dR5zmlEb Then, we can have just a mail update for August, as we did in 2023.
