This usually means there is an error of some kind - perhaps a missing tool. Sorry it is not more transparent - I'd check the Galaxy logs for an error message if possible or open the JavaScript console of your web browser (https://developers.google.com/web/tools/chrome-devtools/debug/console/?hl=en) and see if there are any error clients side being reported. We've made some improvements lately with this form - but there is still a lot of work to do and there are a few github issues related to this I believe.

Workflow file is a text file and potentially can be modified by hands. In this case on what I have to pay attention to change it in text editor. Is there any tutorial for this?
