For information, here is how I solved the error I was getting when selecting from the history menu ‘Share and Publish’ on a Galaxy CloudMan instance: Internal Server Error

ssh into the instance and then
sudo chgrp -R galaxy /mnt/galaxy/galaxy-app/database/ sudo chown -R galaxy /mnt/galaxy/galaxy-app/database/
