[galaxy-dev] Apache proxy and sub-directory setting of local galaxy

Dear Sir

I set up my local Galaxy with Apache proxy according to document

https://wiki.galaxyproject.org/Admin/Config/ApacheProxy

This work for my website only if I take the port number 8080 with my domian name. If I remove the port, it does not work. I am new to Galaxy, is there anyone can find out the problem of my settings?
