Hi Stewart,

Unfortunately the SVN checkout won't be aware of the Mercurial version and thus cannot be updated directly from within the checkout. Checking out a new copy from Mercurial and moving the config is usually pretty simple. Do you have any/many local modifications (tools, datatypes, etc.) to Galaxy?
