the main directory name can be arbitrary i think, if you are referring to galaxy-dist or galaxy-central.

Maybe check the config files especially community_wsgi.ini if you have configured something special.

If you are running galaxy behind a apache-proxy you have to adapt the rewrite rules.

Hi all,

I would like to change the name of the directory where my Galaxy instance is installed. What is the best way to go about this without breaking any paths/links.
