Hi Galaxy,
The Cufflinks and Cuffdiff available on Galaxy are version 0.0.6. I would like to use Cufflinks and Cuffdiff version 0.0.5. Cufflinks and Cuffdif version 0.0.5 are available on Galaxy Tool Shed. I read through the ways to install Repositories from Galaxy Tool Shed To Galaxy, an admin user is required.
Could Galaxy help me with the installation?
