I have CEAS as a tool. I wrapped the standalone CEAS version. I tried adding a binary datatype for the annotation db but even with the binary datatype upload somehow did not work (IIRC galaxy tried to convert it to ascii). I then put the database as a selectable parameter in a dropdown list, because users anyway would not create and upload their own annotation db.

I'm quite confused since '__app__.config.cistrome_static_library_path' should be defined? or right now __app__ is dropped as Galaxy evolves? Besides, what does the comment mean by

Does that mean that we should not be using __app__.config...but how to use this? I tried to insert
'from galaxy import config'
into the xml file but only got error...
