Three of them (10,13,15) happen because the auto-generated key name (based on the table's name and column) is too long. The other (17) is because in MySQL, creating an index on a "Text" field requires a length (index on VARCHAR doesn't require it).
The current workaround is to create these indices manually.
While MySQL 5.0 is a bit too old, it is still the standard version on debian/stable and CentOS 5.4, so I have to use it.
