[galaxy-dev] ABySS genome assembler integration into Galaxy

Colleagues, Rumor has it that some developer in the Galaxy community is already integrating the ABySS genome assembler ( http://www.bcgsc.ca/platform/bioinfo/software/abyss/) into Galaxy.
