I've put the executable in the directory where the xml file and wrapper is. The
message I'm getting when I run the tool is Unable to run tool: No such file or
directory.I guess that I'm forgetting something....

I've moved this over to the galaxy-dev list since it pertains to tool development.
Executables will need to be on the $PATH of the user running Galaxy. Could you share the
error messages you receive when you run the tool?
