Dear developers, Very recently, I got introduced to Galaxy during a course. Now I am trying to analyse my own microRNA sequencing data (platform Ion Proton). However, all tools I wanted to use so far are either for Illumina or SOLiD platforms. Which tools, relevant for microRNA sequencing, can I use with FASTQ data from Ion Proton runs? Additionally, I can’t find any workflows for small RNA sequencing on the Galaxy wiki. Is there anybody that has experience with this? Thank you in advance. Kind regards, Ilse van de Vondervoort
